Home Health Aide Supervising Nurse Instructor (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
The Home Health Aide Supervising Nurse Instructor is responsible for administering the Home Health Aide curriculum using various teaching methods in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations and teaching guidelines.

The Home Health Aide Nurse Instructor is responsible for administering the Home Health Aide curriculum using various teaching methods in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations.

Director of Client Services – Registered Nurse
The Director of Client Services is responsible for oversight of all client services in the Home Care department, which includes service delivery and clinical operations.

College and Career Readiness Student Advisor (Part-Time; Temporary)
The College and Career Readiness Student Advisor will help high school students and their families navigate the complex college planning, admission, and financial aid processes, and help students explore career paths.

ESOL Instructor (Part-Time; 12 hours per week)
The Instructor will implement the ESOL Program curriculum and will teach in-person on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6 – 9 pm.

Contract Compliance Manager
The Contract and Compliance Manager who will be responsible for the management, tracking, and execution of government contracts.

After-School Group Leader – I.S. 5 (Part-Time; Seasonal)
Group Leaders will be in charge of a group of middle school students and will be responsible for the overall care and safety of the youth. Group Leaders are responsible for conducting age-appropriate activities alongside the group’s Instructors.

Home Health Aides at Sunnyside Community Services/Sunnyside Home Care Project provide thorough and effective care, per New York State’s Department of Health guidelines.

Group Leader – P.S. 343 (Part-Time)
The After-School Group Leader is responsible for the overall supervision and wellbeing of students, academic assistance, and fostering social emotional learning in the classroom.

Student Advisor (Seasonal; Part-Time)
The Student Advisor provides attendance and social-emotional supports to students who are identified as chronically absent from school.

Social Worker – Caregiver Support, Alzheimer’s Services (Brooklyn)
The Social Worker will be responsible for assessing and delivering services that meet the needs of individuals and families caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s Disease or some other form of dementia.

Medicaid Support Specialist (Part-Time)
The Medicaid Support Specialist assists with screening and assessing prospective members’ eligibility for Medicaid, and tracking and facilitating members’ eligibility status in the Salesforce data system.

Workforce Development Recruiter – Bilingual Spanish/ English (Part-Time)
The Workforce Development Recruiter is responsible for conducting outreach to recruit trainees for Sunnyside Community Service’s Home Health Aide Training Program, and to recruit certified Home Health Aides for employment with Sunnyside Home Care Project. The recruiter will serve as an ambassador of the organization in promoting the training program and employment opportunities.
